As simple as it gets... REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRE:

PROOF OF IDENTITY:
1. Driving Licence ( Must include paper copy )
2. One Proof of Current Address (i.e Utility Bill / Bank Statement / Passport etc.)
ALL BILL'S MUST BE DATED IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS.

 

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
25 - 70 years and full license for 2 years.
We may be able to offer insurance cover from the age of 23 in certain conditions.
DEPOSITS:
A £200 refundable deposit is payable on all Hire.
INSURANCE:
All prices include fully comprehensive insurance
An insurance excess of £750 applies to all vehicles.
This may be reduced to £375 on payment of an Excess Protection Waiver.
If a vehicle is stolen whilst out on hire there is a £2500 excess chargeable to the hirer, this can be reduced on payment of a theft protection waiver.

MILEAGE ALLOWANCE:

Up to 1000 miles per week (200 miles per day). Additional mileage charged at 10p / mile

Long term hire 10000 per annum, additional mileage charged at 10p / mile
ALL HIRE VEHICLES WILL HAVE FULL TANKS OF FUEL AND SHOULD BE RETURNED FULL. OTHERWISE A REFUELLING CHARGE WILL APPLY
 
A VALETING CHARGE WILL BE MADE IF THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED IN A VERY DIRTY CONDITION OR TO COVER DISPOSAL OF ANY ITEMS.
